Annual Membership

All membership fees are non-refundable. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for early cancellations or unused portions of the membership term.

Events & Tournaments

Event and tournament registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific event details. Any exceptions or special refund terms will be clearly noted at the time of registration.

LPC & GHO Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final unless an item is defective in materials or workmanship. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at [your club email address] to arrange an exchange or replacement.
